ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The published prices are per apartment and day. VAT is 10%.

  • The right to occupy the accommodation will begin, unless otherwise agreed, at 14:00 h on the first day of the contracted period and will end at 12:00 h on the day indicated as the check-out date. The user must vacate the accommodation at the end of the agreed period and, any extensions to same, where applicable, as established by mutual agreement between the parties.

· Check-in at the apartments ·

  • The keys to the apartments will be collected upon check-in, by prior appointment with the owner.
  • If possible, please specify the exact time of arrival. To do so, please telephone number +34 686 501 702 or send an email to hola@apartamentosdelavegaharo.com.
  • Upon arrival at the apartments, users must register with their personal data and provide a valid credit or debit card.

· Apartment check-out ·

  • The keys will also be returned as agreed with management of the establishment.
  • At that moment, payment of the accommodation will also be made.

· Bookings ·

  • Bookings will be confirmed once they have been guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card, or through PayPal.
  • Clients will receive confirmation by email.

· Payment conditions ·

Bookings may be cancelled, subject to the following conditions, which vary according to the time remaining between the date of cancellation and the expected date of arrival.

  • Clients may cancel bookings free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
  • Clients will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel during the 7 days before the arrival date.
  • If cancellation takes place in the 48 hours prior to arrival or the client does not show up on the day of the reservation, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Accommodation must be paid on check-in.

Non-refundable rate: The client will have to pay the full price if they cancel. This is paid in advance at the time of booking.

· Users’ obligations ·

  • We want your stay at APARTAMENTOS DE LA VEGA to be as pleasant as possible. For this reason, we have taken care of even the smallest details. We hope you leave the apartment in the same good condition that you found it.
  • We thank you for not smoking. This is a smoke-free establishment, so please refrain from smoking in all parts of the building, including common areas, such as stairs, lift and porch.
  • It is prohibited to bring furniture into the accommodation or carry out building work or improvements, however small these may be, without written authorization from the company.
  • It is forbidden to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment.
  • Guests are informed that it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments or in common areas (porch, stairs and lift). A penalty of € 150 will be charged to the credit card provided in the event of breach of the aforementioned rule.
  • The apartments must be used exclusively for the guests’ accommodation.
  • The storage of explosive or flammable objects, materials or substances or others that may harm, endanger or annoy other guests at the apartments is strictly prohibited.
  • We trust our guests to behave responsibly, and we ask them to refrain from engaging in any activity that violates the rules of cohabitation or the normal running of the accommodation.
  • The apartments are equipped with all the electrical appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. Consequently, please do not bring appliances or devices that significantly increase consumption of water, electricity or heating fuel.
  • Both the company and its users must comply with their respective obligations.
  • Failure to do so shall entitle the company to terminate the contract. Guests have complaints forms at their disposal, as required by current regulations.

· Pets ·

  • Pets are allowed upon request.
  • A supplement of € 10 per pet/day will be charged.
  • Pets must always be accompanied by their owners.
  • They must not be left alone in the apartments or climb on beds or sofas.
  • Bed linen/towels will be for personal use only.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas (porch, stairs and lift).

Guests will be responsible for disposing of their own rubbish during their stay. APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS DE LA VEGA offers a garbage removal service for a surcharge of € 10, which will be charged to the indicated card provided in this guarantee document.

· Cleaning of the apartments ·

  • Daily cleaning is not included in the price of the apartment but can be arranged if required. Contact us for information on the conditions.
  • For stays of 4 days or more, cleaning and change of bed-linen will be provided. These services are included in the initial price.

· Occupancy rules ·

Rates are calculated by type of apartment and number of guests. It is obligatory for guests to provide this information. If the number of occupants in the apartment does not match the number indicated in the booking, the rate will be updated by charging a supplement of € 20 per additional person/night.

  • No discount will be made on the price of the apartments if the number of occupants is lower than the number indicated in the booking.
  • Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in cots.
  • Parties or celebrations are not permitted in the apartments.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms.

· Parking ·

FREE public parking is available 150 m from the accommodation.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in from 14:30 to 00:00 h.
  • Check-out until 12:00 h

· Key collection ·

APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS DE LA VEGA does not have a 24-hour reception. Please contact us to collect the keys to your apartment.

· Key delivery ·

Each apartment has a mailbox where you can leave the keys when you check out.

· Damage and defects ·

  • Warranty sheet: The client must sign a form confirming his/her conformity with the conditions described in this section, providing the number of a credit card as a guarantee.
  • At the end of his/her stay in the apartment, the client must return the apartment in the same conditions in which they he/she it on arrival (premises, furniture, fixtures and other equipment).
  • The client must notify, as soon as possible, any damage or defects caused to the accommodation during their stay.
  • The client will cover the cost of any repairs for damage that may have been caused to the premises, furniture, fixtures and other equipment due to improper use, as well as the replacement of missing items, or loss of keys (20 €)
  • The client expressly authorizes the company APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS DE LA VEGA S.L., to charge the credit card provided as a guarantee for any damage caused as provided in the previous point. Under no circumstances shall the company charge any amount to said card without notifying the client beforehand. APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS DE LA VEGA S.L. shall not store the credit card details provided by the client.
